Graduate Program
As a Graduate in our Digital stream, you will gain experience across a variety of projects and digital functions. Your time with our digital team will see you tackle multiple projects across our well-known brands, alongside formulating solutions to streamline our product, eCommerce, IT, and design systems.
You'll have opportunities to work across all of our business segments and you will be able to strengthen your ability to lead and work within a professional, dynamic team - Every day will be different!
Day-to-Day Functions
- Managing multiple projects
- Organising meetings to drive projects forward
- Reporting
- Managing e-commerce platforms for different businesses
- Handling & analysing large sums of product data

- You don’t need an automotive background to succeed in this role!
To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
- Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023 or January 2024)
- Be able to commence full-time employment commencing February 2024
- Be willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to at your own cost (if necessary)
