Product Development
Graduate Program
As a Product Graduate, you will be fully involved with the life cycle of a product from start to finish. Throughout the rotations, you will gain an extensive understanding of how a product is developed, tested, released to the market, and maintained.
Working within our Product Team will give you firsthand experience alongside experienced professionals. You’ll get the opportunity to develop your skills across a variety of engaging tasks – The perfect balance between hands-on work and theoretical learning/ application.
Day to Day Functions
- Working on product programs and range expansions
- Communicating with suppliers and customers
- Cataloging
- Physical on-site product inspections/checks
- Product maintenance
- Quality control and Warranties
Key Skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Having experience in AutoCAD/ CAD would be a bonus
To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
- Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023 or January 2024)
- Be able to commence full-time employment commencing February 2024
- Be willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to at your own cost (if necessary)
