Graduate Program

As a Finance Graduate, you’ll build practical experience across an impressive range of finance functions. Working with our accounts payable and receivable teams will give you the foundation necessary to work and learn within our experienced group finance teams.

You’ll be provided work opportunities spanning day-to-day functions to longer-lasting projects while working with our business segments across Retail, Trade, and Wholesale.

Day-to-Day Functions

Entering invoices and credit notes with strong attention to detail
Performing statement reconciliations and communicating with suppliers where necessary
Financial/ Inventory analysis
Reporting
Month-end reconciliations
Financial business partnering

Key Skills

Foundation knowledge of Financial reports and journals
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to adapt to new software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023 or January 2024)
Be able to commence full-time employment commencing February 2024
Be willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to at your own cost (if necessary)
